Ouedraogo Roselyn

Roselyn is our Of Counsel in Burkina Faso. Roslyn has a Master's in General Law from the University of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. He also holds a Master's in tax law from the "Centre de Recherche Panafricain en Management pour le Développement". Roselyn has been part of the John W Ffooks & CO team for more than nine years. He assisted us advise across a wide range of telecommunications and corporate legal issues and has a long and proven track record of delivering accurate and concise advice from challenging or under-developed jurisdictions. He helped advise a variety of local and international clients on corporate transactions with assets in Francophone Africa as well as finance houses with extensive investments in the region. He is fluent in French and English.
