Benoit Kadima

Benoit is our Of Counsel in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Benoit graduated from the University of Lubumbashi and is a member of the Bar of Kinshasa. Benoit advises on OHADA law with a focus on commercial agreements, due diligences, banking and finance-related questions as well as employment law. Benoit has also worked as a magistrate and judge in the judiciary in the DRC. Benoit actively worked on a broad number of matters and has several years of experience in providing legal advice to both local and international clients, whether they are inward investors into the country or companies currently operating in the country and seeking legal assistance. He is fluent in French and English.
