We provided legal assistance to a major South African financial services group's facility agreement review and legal opinion in Cameroon, specifically reviewing and commenting on the English law governed term loan facility agreement and other finance documents from a local law perspective, preparing corporate authorisations, drafting and settling the Cameroonian law governed Security Agreement (excluding security over bank accounts), drafting and issuing a legal opinion on capacity, enforceability, and validity, and assisting with local law conditions and advice.
