Hermann is our of Counsel in Chad. Hermann is a dynamic business lawyer based in N’Djamena, Chad, with a strong background in legal consulting, document analysis, and client relations. Previsouly serving as Attaché de Cabinet to the Vice-President at the Haute Autorité des Médias et de l’Audiovisuel, Hermann brings experience from both the public and private sectors, including roles at Cabinet d’Avocat Me Thomas Dingamgoto and Société Générale Tchad. He holds a Master’s in Legal Engineering (Banking option), and a professional certificate in Banking and Finance. Known for his rigor, objectivity, and excellent listening skills, Hermann offers expert advice and legal drafting services in French, English, and local Arabic. He is fluent in those three languages.
