Mampionona is a Junior Associate at John W Ffooks & Co. Mampionona provides regular support to the senior legal team on cross-border transactions for both domestic and international companies and investors, including financial institutions engaged in project financing in Madagascar and throughout Francophone Africa. Mampionona’s legal practice spans a diverse range of sectors, including natural resources (mining, oil, and gas), banking and finance, telecommunications, information technology, and pro bono legal services. In addition, Mampionona occasionally contributes to industry guides, legal know-how resources, and articles on these subjects. She is fluent in both French and English.
