Felana Ranaivoson

Felana is a Junior Associate at John W Ffooks & Co., with a practice centred on corporate and commercial matters. She provides valuable support to the Senior team in connection with cross-border transactions for local and international companies and investors, as well as financial institutions financing projects throughout Francophone Africa. Felana’s role encompasses assisting in the preparation and review of corporate documents, managing regulatory filings, and ensuring adherence to local corporate governance standards. She is involved in several practice areas, including telecommunications and IT, banking and finance, oil and gas, mining, energy, and pro bono initiatives. Felana is committed to developing her proficiency in corporate law and is actively engaged in the drafting and upkeep of key corporate records. She is fluent in both French and English.
